UAE residence visa — valid at least 3 months after your return

Schengen visa application form, completed and signed
2 photos, 35 × 45 mm, white background, not older than 6 months
Personal bank statement — last 3 months (some embassies ask for 6)
Salary slips — last 3 months
Employment certificate / NOC on company letterhead — position, salary, joining date and approved leave
Cover letter with your travel plan
Return flight reservation
Hotel booking for the whole stay (or invitation letter from your host)
