• Blank visa pages where stamps or stickers are needed.
• Names, dates, and spellings matching across passport, tickets, and forms.
• Clear colour scans — all four corners visible, no glare.

Exact lists differ by embassy, but most tourist or visit files ask for some mix of the following. Treat this as a planning checklist — your consultant confirms the final list for your nationality and destination.

• Completed application form (online or paper as required).
• Recent passport-size photographs that meet that embassy’s size and background rules.
• Flight reservation or travel plan that matches your stated dates.
• Hotel bookings or a host invitation with address details.
• Travel insurance when the destination requires it (common for Schengen).
• Proof of funds — bank statements for the period the embassy asks for.
• Employment or sponsor letter, salary evidence, or business trade licence as applicable.
• UAE residence proof (Emirates ID / visa page) when applying as a resident.

Timing tips that protect your trip

• Do not buy non-refundable tickets before the visa decision unless your consultant says it is safe for that embassy.
• Leave buffer for biometrics appointments and peak holiday queues.
• Keep cover letters short and factual — purpose, dates, and ties to the UAE.
• If refused, read the reason carefully before reapplying; fix the gap, do not resubmit the same file.
